Please note that while we typically close at 7:00 PM(Mon-Fri) & 6:00 PM (Sat), we may close earlier if there are no reservations, no boarding dogs, or no guests scheduled to arrive after 4:30 PM. If you plan to visit after 4:30 PM, please call ahead to schedule your tour so we can ensure someone is here to assist you.

Yes, before booking a reservation with us, we require all new guests to undergo a temperament & room evaluation.

During the evaluation, we begin with a brief basic health and social assessment, followed by a gradual and supervised introduction to other dogs in our pack. Our experienced Pack Leader carefully observes your dog's body language throughout these introductions, ensuring everyone's safety while helping your pup feel comfortable and confident within the pack dynamic. We also conduct a room test to assess how your dog behaves in a new environment, making sure they are at ease and not stressed. Evaluations typically last up to 4 hours.

Yes. Book online or get in touch with us today! We advise securing your reservation promptly, particularly during peak seasons. A 25% deposit is necessary to confirm your boarding reservation.

Kindly bring along your pet's vaccination records, medications (note: we are unable to administer injections), their usual food, emergency contact details, and any personal belongings they may need during their stay. While we take utmost care to return all belongings in good condition, we advise that cherished items remain at home as an extra precaution.

Yes! Maintaining your pet's regular diet is crucial for their well-being. Introducing a new diet during their stay could lead to stomach upset. When preparing your pet's food, we kindly request that you pre-portion the appropriate amount for their stay in individual bags. Please refrain from bringing bowls as we provide them for all our guests.

Our custom built rooms vary in size, offering a range of options to suit different preferences. Standard size measures around 6' x 6'10" and our more spacious layouts can be as large as 12'10" x 8'7".

We allow non-social guests. As space is limited for our guests with dog-reactive tendencies, we kindly ask that you call in advance. This allows us to make the necessary accommodations to ensure a comfortable stay for your furry friend.
